Vintage The Fantastic Four Comic Boob Album 1970

This really is a fantastic example of a very rare The Fantastic Four Comic Album from 1970. The book is in very good condition considering it is now 46 years old, the front and back covers are nice and clean and bright, just a few minor creases and a small amount of shelf wear, the back cover has a small tear of about 1/2 inch at the bottom edge. The spline is in very good condition, with the exception of a small amount of shelf wear that you would expect from a paperback. Internally all 80 pages are clean and bright, with no signs of any damage or writing anywhere. A few of the pages have some age spots on them, but not very much.
