Vintage Vanity Fairs 1976 Gerry Andersons Space 1999 Life Size Battery Powered Wrist Radio - Fantastic Working Condition Ultra Rare Items. Released by Vanity Fair in 1976 during Space 1999 original television run. This fantastic Space 1999 Life Size Battery Powered Wrist Radio measures 6cms by 7cms with a 27cms white strap with a plastic buckle, it features an image of the Space 1999 logo on the top and bottom sides of the radio case. The radio has three silver knobs on the side, the first one is the battery cover that pulls off, and uses a AA battery, the second knob is the on/off volume and the third knob is the tuning. The wrist radio is in very good condition, which is amazing considering it is now almost 50 years old, with only minor signs of wear or usage. The item has been tested and it does work, although it is very difficult to pick anything up other than static as I dont think there is much being transmitted on analogue these days.
