Vintage DC Thompson - The Dandy Weekly Comic No. 1222 24th April 1965 - Ex Shop Stock. Released by DC Thompson and is issue No. 1222 dated 24th April 1965. The comic features full colour and mono strip stories, information and quizzes featuring all your favourite Dandy Characters including Korky The Cat, Desperate Dan, Barneys Bear, Greedy Pigg, Dirty Dick, Corporal Clott, Brassneck, Smasher & many more. The comic is in near mint condition, which is amazing when you consider it is now over 51 years old. The front and back pages are still nice and clean and bright & colourful with no visual signs of any wear. Internally all pages are also in fantastic condition with no signs of any writing or damage or wear to any page. An almost perfect copy of a vintage magazine, other than the paper is beginning to discolour on the edges due to age and the type of paper that was used back in the 1960's. Comes Bagged & Boarded.
