Vintage Mego 1971 Action Jackson Item No: 1114 Hocky Outfit and Accessories Set. Released be Mego in 1971, Action Jackson is where it all started for Mego's 8 inch doll series. In an attempt to compete with other toy companies, such as Hasbro and Mattel, Mego spent millions producing and marketing Action Jackson dolls only to discover that the series did not sell very well. As a result, the Action Jackson line of toys are now highly sort after by collectors. This fantastic Action Jackson Hocky Outfit includes Ice Hockey Shirt, Ice Hockey Shorts, Ice Hockey Socks, Ice Hockey Boots and Ice Hockey Stick. Comes in the original box which is in fantastic condition but does have some minor shelf wear on the edges and some minor squashing at the top. This item is a shop stock room find, it was discovered in the store room of a closing down shop with a host of Action Jackson items from the same era. Mint Condition item in the original box.
