Released By Egmont Publishing in 1978 as part of their series of Superman Pocketbooks. This fantastic Superman Pocketbook is number 2 in the series and features the man of steel in comic strip reprints that had originally been printed in the US DC Superman Comic, with this issue including "The Man Who Toyed With Death!". The sinister Toyman has just convinced Bizarro to kill Superman. Plus, Supergirl and Batgirl star in "Cleopatra Queen of America!" Guest-starring the JLA. Story. Then, Superboy stars in "Doomsday for a Super-Phantom!". Finally, Batman and the Man-Bat team-up in Bring Back Killer Krag!". Softcover, 5-in. x 7-in., 98 pages in full colour. This book is in very good condition over all, which is amazing considering that it is now over 47 years old. The front and back covers are nice clean and bright but does have some minor wear which is mainly along the edges. The spline is also in very good condition, with only a small amount of shelf wear on the edges. Internally the book is in fantastic condition with all 98 pages present and attached, they are clean and bright without any form of damage or markings on any page.
