Vintage 1988 Gerry Andersons Movies On Video Poster - Autographed By Gerry Anderson - Near Mint Condition. In 1988 Channel 5 started to release the Gerry Anderson television programs on to VHS video cassettes for the sell through market. The video cassettes was promoted using a large artwork poster that featured all of Gerry Andersons creations that would be available on VHS Cassette for under £10.00 each. The poster was designed and drawn by Steve Kyte measuring 58cms long by 42cms wide and featured Stingray, Captain Scarlet And The Mysterons, Thunderbirds, Joe 90, UFO, Space 1999 and Terrahawks. To help promote these videos, Gerry Anderson attended some of the outlets signing copies of the videos. I was very fortunate to meet Gerry Anderson at one of these signings back in 1988, and he very kindly gave me a copy of the advertising poster, and signed the poster to me. After many years of having this poster rolled and kept in a tube, I thing it is now time to let it go. The poster is in near mint condition and has the inscription written in black felt pen - To Christopher Best Wishes Gerry Anderson.
