Vintage 1965 Somportex Gerry Andersons Thunderbirds Bubble Gum Card Paper Wrapper  Fantastic Condition Ultra Rare. Released in 1965 by Somportex during Thunderbirds original television run. The wrapper originally contained 2 of the 72 exciting picture photo cards from Thunderbirds, and a stick of bubble gum. The wrapper has been laid flat and measures 6 inches by 5 inches. The wrapper is in fantastic condition, which is amazing considering it is now over 61 years old, it is clean and bright and displays fantastically. Very few of these wrappers have survived the test of time, which is hardly surprising as they was only paper and would have been ripped open and thrown away by the little eager kids who just wanted to get to the cards and the bubble gum, which makes this item a must for any collector.
