In 1976 Donruss released there Space 1999 Bubble Gum Trading Cards to tie in with the smash Hit television programme. These cards was fantastically collectable and was found in every child's pocket back in 1976, and would have continued to be but sadly the programme was axed by ITV, and as a result the whole brand lost its popularity. However since the release of the DVD's and the re-release of the action figures, Space 1999 has once again hit high popularity. This item is one packet of the 1976 Space 1999 Bubble Gum Card Pack which contains 5 x Collectable Cards and a stick of bubble gum, although I don't think the bubble gum should be eaten now. The card pack is wax sealed as they was when released in 1976 and are in mint condition. Also includes the original trade box from 1976 which was what held the packets at your corner shop back in the day. Ex Shop Stock from a closed down comic book shop.
