Vintage R. Journet "The Turnstile" Dexterity Puzzle Game 1920s/30s London Complete - Very Good Condition

Up for sale is a wonderful piece of vintage toy history: an original "The Turnstile" handheld dexterity puzzle manufactured by the famous R. Journet & Co. of London, England.

The objective of this challenging skill game is to tilt the box to guide the four colored wooden discs onto their matching colored spaces on the freely rotating central yellow turnstile.

Features & Details:

Good, authentic vintage condition. The glass face is fully intact with no cracks, and the inner mechanics work perfectly. The colors inside remain bright and legible. As expected for a genuine toy of this age, there is noticeable scuffing, edge wear, and slight fraying to the outer green paper tape border (please see photos for close-up details).

This is a fantastic addition to any vintage puzzle, novelty toy, or British collection.
