THE HOUSE THAT POPEYE BUILT Hardback Book 1960

A fair copy of the fantastic The House That Popeye Built from 1960. This book is in fair condition overhaul, which is amazing when you consider it is now 54 years old, the front and back covers are bright, but does have some wear on the edges, and some ink stains on the front cover and some tape marks on both the front and back covers. The spline is also in fair condition but does have an inch tear at the bottom and a inch split at the top (see photos). Internally all 20 pages are in fairly good condition, they are all clean and bright without any form of writing on any page, however the first and last pages have been taped in at some point, and some of the pages have discolored slightly with age.
