This annual is in good condition overall, which is amazing especially when you consider that its over 79 years old, the front and back covers are nice clean but have faded somewhat over the years, and also has some very minor shelf ware mainly on the edges. The spline is also in good condition, with only some minor on the edges. Internally the book is in very good condition, all pages are present and attached, but a lot of the pages have speckled with age (see photos), but all pages are free from any damage or writing, except a dedication inside the front page from xmas 1935.
