Voyager NCC-74656, a science vessel that was stranded in the Delta Quadrant under the command of Captain Kathryn Janeway. The plaque provides key information about the ship, revealing that it was launched on Stardate 48038.5 from Earth Station McKinley. It lists the Starfleet officers responsible for its development (as an in-joke they are also the names of the shows production department) and the ships motto, which quotes Alfred, Lord Tennyson.
