Vintage Peter Pan Playthings 1965 Ultra Rare Doctor Dr Who & The Daleks The Great Escape Marble Maze Game.  Released by Peter Pan Playthings Ltd in 1965 during Doctor Who's original television run featuring the first Dr as played by William Hartnell. This fantastic Dr Who & The Daleks The Great Escape Marble Maze Game comes complete with a silver coloured marble that you have to guide around the maze, avoiding the drops and the bunkers, the further around the maze you go, the higher the score. The Marble Maze Game is in very good condition which is amazing considering it is now over 60 years old. The plastic surface is in very good condition, but does have a few scratches, although they do not cause any problems when you play the game, it is a little bit dusty from being stored in a store room for over 50 odd years, so will require a clean to make it sparkle again. The cardboard face that sits on the back of the plastic ring, is also in very good condition, and sits perfectly on all lugs. The silver marble that comes with the game is also in fantastic condition and looks almost unused. Sadly we was unable to find the box, so it is being sold as a loose game. This really is a truly fantastic find, It was discovered in the store room of a closing down shop. It has been sitting on the top shelf in the store room for over odd 50 years. It may have been used as a display toy back in the day, but who knows, as it was a very long time ago. A truly fantastic example of an ultra rare vintage original Dr Who game from 1965.
