Vintage 1961 Sooty's Sixth Annual 1962

Vintage 1961 Sooty's Sixth Annual 1962. Released by the Daily Mirror in late 1961 for the upcoming 1962 year. This fantastic Sooty's sixth annual includes Stories, Strip Stories, Features, Jokes and Quizzes featuring Sooty, Sweep, Sue and friends. This annual is in very good condition especially when you consider that its now 60 years old, the front and back covers are nice clean and bright, but does have some shelf wear on the edge tips and the remains of a sticker on the top right hand corner of the front cover. The spline is in good solid condition, but has had a paper tear at both the top and bottom which have been neatly repaired with clear tape (see photos). Internally the book is in very good condition, all 79 pages are present and attached, they are all clean and bright without any form of writing or damage on any page other than the dot to dot has been neatly completed in pencil, the pictures to colour has been partly coloured in and there is a small inscription on the first page. The annual has not been price clipped, it still shows the original purchase price of 5/-. We always provide photos of our old or used items, so you can see exactly what you are buying.
