Vintage Scorcher Annual 1972. Released by IPC Magazines Ltd in late 1971 for the upcoming 1972 year. This fantastic Scorcher Annual includes Original Strip Stories plus information, articles, stories and facts about the game and the football stars of the time. The annual is in good condition over all, which is amazing considering that it is now over 49 years old. The front and back covers are nice and clean and bright but does have some wear which is mainly along the edges. The spline is also in good condition, again with some wear along the edges, and has had a couple of tape repairs where the paper covering has lifted. Internally the book is in good condition, all 159 pages are present and attached, they are clean and bright without any form of markings on any page, other than some of the page edges have started to tarnish slightly due to age and the type of paper that was used back in the day and a few of the pages have come loose and been neatly reattached with clear tape. Shows the original purchase price of 60p on the bottom corner of the first page. Still A nice example of a vintage Scorcher annual from 1972.
