She is the daughter of the Emporer Aphony - ruler of the peaceful undersea Kingdom of Pacifica. She, like her people, is inable to talk, but has the advantage of being telepathic and can therefore warn Captain Troy of the enemy's intentions. This is the 1992 release by Matchbox.
