Released by Product Enterprise in 2003 as part of their series of Doctor Who Electronic Figures. This fantastic Talking 4th Doctor Action Figure stands an impressive 8 1/2 inches tall and is an incredible likeness of the 4th Doctor as portrayed by Tom Baker, and includes his scarf. The Dr speaks 4 different authentic phrases taken from the television series, which are activated by a button on his back. The figure is in fantastic condition, it has been tested and is in full working condition, their is no signs of any damage or wear to the figure, which is hardly surprising as it was only ever used in a display.
