Vintage AMT/Matchbox 1979 Star Trek The Motion Picture The Klingon Cruiser Super Detailed Model Kit With Display Stand Kit No. S971 - Factory Sealed Shop Stock Room Find. Released by AMT/Matchbox in 1979 as part of their series of Star Trek The Motion Picture Plastic Model Kits. This fantastic model kit is the original release kit no. S971 and it is an authentic scale model kit that features the Klingon Cruiser that was destroyed by V'Ger when they attacked. The model measures over 15 inches long when fully assembled and is super detailed with New Rainbow-Effect Decals, New Rub-Down Transfers, and includes a Display Stand. This model kit is quality molded in a way which will allow the younger modeler to build an attractive replica without painting.
