This fantastic Limited Edition Captain Blue Display Puppet is a 1 to 1 scale replica from the classic television series and stands 55cm tall, it is a faithful reproduction utilizing techniques of the original puppets used in the series. The features include - Brass Shoulder Pips, Turned Aluminum Gun Barrel And Microphone, Poseable Arms, Authentic Fabric Clothing and Spectrum Display Base. Also includes an individual numbered certificate of authenticity signed by the sculptor and the costume artist. The puppet it in fantastic condition over all, which is amazing considering its nearly 15 years old, however he does have a few faults, the plastic visor on his helmet has some damage, it is cracked on both sides, and at some point, his blue uniform, boots and cap have been repainted, which does look good for display, but on close inspection you can see the brush marks. Comes in the original tube, which has been modified for display purposes and in order to keep the puppet clean. Limited edition number 73 of only 100 produced worldwide. A truly fantastic collectable item that would be ideal for any Gerry Andersons fan.
