Released by Royal Mail in 1999 and was a limited edition Post Card which was a copy of a Stamp design by Lord Snowdon that was released celebrating Millennium. This fantastic Limited Edition Post Card features an image of a black Dalek from a stamp designed by Lord Snowdon, which was based on the classic Dr Who monster and measures 15cms by 10 1/2cms and was issued for the Millennium.
