The front and back covers are nice clean and bright but does have some wear and a few minor creases. The spline is also in fantastic condition with only very very minor signs of wear on the tips of the edges. Internally the book is in fantastic condition, all 186 pages are present and attached, they are clean and bright without any signs of damage or markings on any page, with the exception of some minor age sports on a few of the pages.
