Vintage 1964 Dinky Die Cast Toys No. 289 First Release Routemaster Double Decker Bus 1/43 Scale Replica Vehicle In The Original Packaging - Shop Stock Room Find. Released by Dinky in 1964 as part of their Series of London Buses die-cast replica vehicles. This fantastic Dinky Toys No. 289 is of the Routemaster Double Decker Bus and measures approximately 5 inches long and sports a Red die-cast body with Silver trim and Red & White interior and the features include - Advertising Board with Esso Safety Grip Tyres, Bus Driver Figure, Conductor Figure, Kings Cross No. 221 Signs and Free Rolling Full Cast Wheels. Comes in the original packaging which is in fantastic condition with only some very very minor signs of wear on the edges and some residue from the sticky tape thats holding the cover to the plinth. Brand New Shop stock room find. Discovered in the store room of a closed down shop with a host of other Dinky toys from a similar era.
