The front and back covers are nice clean and bright with only some minor signs of wear on the edges. The spline is also in very good solid condition again with only some very minor signs of any wear on the top and bottom edges. Internally the book is in fantastic condition, all 250 pages are present and attached, they are clean and bright with out and signs of damage or wear on any page, just a few age spots on the edge tips.
