Vintage Marvel Comics Group Captain Britain Comic Issue No. 19. Released by Marvel Comics on February 16th 1977 and is issue number 19 in the series of Captain Britain Comics. This fantastic comic was the very first title from Marvel UK to feature original material, Captain Britain featured the adventures of the titular hero alongside reprints of bronze-age Fantastic Four and Nick Fury stories. The first twenty-odd issues were a throwback to the early days of Marvel UK, in that they had paper covers and some internal colour pages (later editions increased the page count from 32 to 36 pages and gained a glossy cover but lost the internal colour). This issue features the original adventures of Captain Britain by Gary Friedrich, Herb Trimpe and Fred Kida, along side reprints of the Fantastic Four by Archie Goodwin, John Buscema and Jim Mooney, and Nick Fury Agent Of SHIELD by Jim Steranko and Joe Sinnott (Captain Britain and Nick Fury are both in colour, The Fantastic Four reprinted in black and white). Comes Bagged & Boarded. The comic is in fantastic condition over all, which is amazing when you consider it is now 41 years old. The front and back pages are still nice and clean and bright & colourful with only some minor signs of wear on the edges. Internally all 30 pages are also in fantastic condition with no signs of any writing or damage on any page. A truly fantastic copy of a vintage comic from the 1970's.
