This fantastic collectors plate comes with Certificate of Authenticity plus bonus NASA embroidered patch of the Apollo 11 Mission. Around the edge of plate it says those immortal words spoken by Neil Armstrong as he made the first steps on the moon: "ONE SMALL STEP FOR A MAN-ONE GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND" and on the bottom edge it says: "1969* APOLLO 11 25TH ANNIVERSARY * 1994". The painting by Robert Schaar is from a photograph of Neil Armstrong after he placed the flag of the United States on the moon. In the background is a painting of John F. Kennedy with the words of his speech that inspired the moon mission.
