The item is in working condition, with the internal spring loaded gears winding smoothly. The hand crank spins and the satellite launcher does successfully launch the plastic spinner into the air. The lithograph tin base in in very good cosmic shape, there are very few scratches and only a few very minor rust spots. The red and clear green plastic spinner does have a few minor cracks underneath, but this does not effect the way it works at all, The yellow metal sign is also in very good condition and is still sturdy with no bending.
