Vintage Pow! Annual 1970. Released by Hamlyn Publishing Group in Late 1969 for the upcoming 1970 year. This fantastic Pow Annual is 78 pages of comic strip stories featuring your favourite Pow stories and characters including - Sgt. Fury And The Howling Commandos, The Nervs,, The Swots And The Blots, Wee Willie Haggis, The Cloak, Spider-Man, Sammy Shrink, The Fantastic Four and many many more. The annual in good condition over all, which is amazing especially when you consider that it is now over 41 years old. The front and back covers are nice clean and bright but does have some wear, which is mainly on the edges. The spline is also in good solid condition, but does have a couple of paper tears which have been neatly repaired with clear tape. Internally the annual is in very good condition, all 78 pages are present and attached they are clean and bright without any signs of damage or writing on any page. Shows the original purchase price of 10s 6d on the corner of the first page. Despite its faults it is still a very nice example of a vintage Pow Annual from 1970.
